As a child, I could spend hours gazing at the works of preraphaelite artists such as Waterhouse's. How I dreamed that those paintings would come to life so that I could jump into them. Today, I still sigh before those masterpieces but now, I found a way to be part of them with the help of photography. I can make paintings come to life, making them a world of my own...

I am not going for absolute accuracy by reproducing the paintings, i simply try to reflect the emotions i feel when i'm looking at them. I also try to to build my work upon the same poetry that inspired the masters, trying to see through their eyes. They say an image is worth a thousand words, and i think that's what it's all about ; A single image that can tell a whole story... Now, even if it's only for a few moments, there are no words to describe how it makes me feel, free and at peace... And so, i keep on dreaming !
