My garb's double-closet simply doesn't close anymore and the other one neither so, now I have some costumes hanging all over the house from the chandeliers to the door knobs so, I'm thinking of selling more and more in a near futur only, I have a very hard time getting separated from my costumes as they all have many memories attached to them. However, if you're interested in any of the costumes featured on my picture pages (exept for the recent ones), just make an offer, you never know, I just might be tempted !!!

Vintage WW2 antique hat
This hat is an antique and is in very good condition. Only the feather ornement at the back is a bit frizzy and neads to be brushed back in place with fingers & water. This hat is handsewn and the tag says that it's from "Vogue de Paris" milinery boutique that used to be on Ste-Catherine street, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It's made of beautiful bright olive green velvet and is trimmed all around with baby peacock feathers. The lining is made of silk.
I'm not 100% sure of the date for this hat but after further research, it appears to be dated early 1940's. I've bought this hat 20 years ago and it's been in a box ever since protected from light & dust. It's a lovely little hat and it's pretty stylish too.

I'm asking $40.00 US plus shipping for this hat.
This gown was made when I was 16 for an Halloween party so it's not fit for any kind of reenactment. It has a zipper in the back and was made for a very small bust & waist. However, it has $80 worth of lace alone and is made out of beautiful antique jacquard/brocade which can be re-use for something else. I also have an extra piece of that fabric, big enough to cut a new bodice in.

Please note that the hat has been torned apart, thus it doesn't come with it. And the petitcoat's rings are way too big to ship so I won't ship it neither. All reasonable offers will be considered.

The gown & close-up of the fabric can be seen here ;

The Marie-Antoinette gown
Authentic 60's-70's hooded gown
Nice authentic 1969 burgundy/plum gown in mint condition. Though this gown is an original, it's brand new, it has never been worn for anything else than the pictures below. It's made of polyester and has nice gold trimming. The price tag holder is still on the gown. My mom had one exactly the same but in red when I was a kid (see picture) so I can accuratly date this. She bought it for her wedding trip in1969. The picture below was taken in 1972, I had just turned one (I'm the big baby on her lap! ).
I had bought this when I was a teen 'cause it reminded me of my mother's gown but it was way too big for me back then and it's still a whee bit too big today. It's been in a plastic envelope ever since. It will fit breast up to 38" and a waist up to 34". Note that I'm a breast 36" and waist 28" so the picture below can give you an idea of how it falls on those measurements.
Note that the red gown isn't available for sale, it's being shown for reference only.
I'm asking $30.00 US plus shipping for it.
